I was a bit skeptical it would leak. The handyman installed it and it is so practical and works charmingly.Great setup

I am not giving 1 start to the product itself, but maybe to the information about the product.The first thing you need to know is that although the product seems to be nice and all. The pipes use a US standard for connection, which is not used in EU. Therefore, is almost impossible to connect it properly. I even went and buy adaptors between NTP and BSP but they didn't work.I am not saying that the product is not worth it but maybe consider something else to avoid the problem of finding (or not finding at all) the adaptors needed for the European market. I returned back the product because of this, it was a shame as I liked the quality and the small gif they sent to us.Also, Amazon should clearly state in the description that the standard for the pipes us US standard and that might not fit EU standards. Or maybe not sell the product at all in this region.

It was a major job to get the bidet installed. Our toilet has fixed piping and this I has to buy my own fittings. The connection to the hose has an M14x1 thread that is very hard to find in the local stores. The fitting under the toilet seat required major modification of the bidet brackets. As you can see it is now installed but the metal part of toilet seat bracket is visible as the bidet bracket cover could not be fitted. So you need to check the details of your toilet seat and water connection carefully before buying this bidet.

I bought this Bidet on the recommendation of my son, but, while the unit comes with an installation kit the kit is different to what is required for installation in Australia. The “T” piece used between the original tap and cistern is a different size to the existing fittings, and I had to make up a fitting to do the Job.After receiving the bidet kit I realised my toilet seat was not compatible and so I bought the Luxe seat to go with the bidet. My body geometry means the aim of the bidet is accurate, and water flow and pressure is more than adequate to do what is required. I am very happy with how this thing works.

UK install. This has taken me ages to find the correct fittings to get this to work in the UK and all the Luxe websites state that it is a 1/4" water hose fitting on the bidet itself. I found it not to be that on the particular one i had but it is 9/16" x 24 TPI (Threads per inch). So I bought a brass reducer fitting that was 9/16" x 24TPI UNEF (Unified national extra fine) female and 3/8" BSP male that will fit any generic UK water hose no problem. From the photos you can see how i then plumbed it up to my water supply. This is no means of advice on what to do but it's what i did for my application and it worked a treat.

Das Bidet ist leicht zu bedienen, der Wasserstral ist angenehm und nicht zu schwach.Das Luxe Bidet fühlt sich wertig an und ist leicht zu reinigen.Das größte Probelm, weshalb ich auch 2 Sterne abgezogen habe war, dass der 3/8" Anschluss dem Amerikanischen Standart entspricht, was in Deutschland nicht zu unserem 3/8" Standart passt.Abhilfe hat ein Adapterstück gebracht welches ich auf fittings-space bestellt habe.Wichtig ist, am Bidet ist ein 3/8" Compression (also der Amerikanische Sanitärstandart) während wir bei Sanitär BSPP (Britisch Standard Pipe Paralell) verwenden.Mit diesen Angaben lässt sich ein passendes Ersatzteil beschaffen.

Funcionalmente o Bidet é ótimo, nenhuma reclamação. Porém o adaptador que acompanha o produto vem no padrão para encanamento US. É necessário um adaptador para dividir a saída 1/2 em 2 saídas 1/2 e também um redutor de 1/2 para bitola da mangueira.Rodei por umas 10 lojas de material hidráulico até achar alguma que tivesse algum adaptador. Na descrição do produto menciona a medida de 3/8" para a bitola da mangueira, porem o adaptador 3/8 para 1/2 que é facilmente encontrado não serve, é maior que o necessário. Após muita busca encontrei o adaptador na mangflex em porto alegre , pelo que o vendedor disse a medida é realmente 3/8" mas para canos de cobre. Espero que essas informações ajudem futuros compradores a acharem os adaptadores com um pouco mais de facilidade.
