Bought as a gift for a friend who has lots of plants in her shop. Very realistic. She moves it around so people can try and locate it when they come in. Good buy!

I actually put it in the cage with my parakeet for companionship. She has pulled out a lot of the feathers and "yells" at it. Her companion has recently died. I don't want to buy another so hopefully this is working. I recently bought a plastic bird for her. She hasn't beat it up yet nor does she yell at it.

The bird itself it a quality bird... just not easy to clip on...

Site description is rather deceptive. It has parrot markings, alright, but it's more the size of a parakeet. I have it perched on the top support rail of a book shelf, holding on for dear life with its' talons. It's very talon-ted! It does look like a real bird.

I bought this to hang on my bird feeder to attempt to attract local wild parrots in the area. It did not work for that purpose but I knew there was a chance it wouldn't. It is light weight and can be tied to anything easily. The only cons I have are that it was a bit smaller than I personally expected but perfect size for a shoulder pirate costume. The other con was that if you plan on using it in the sun regularly, it will fade VERY fast.
