We have two Papillon dogs, both are around 5.5kg in weight and are reasonably big as they are not a "chunky" or "big boned" breed. I found the carrier to be just about the perfect size for them (only one at a time!) and I was shocked at how well they behaved once in the carrier. I expected them to want to jump out but they seemed to enjoy the comfort.The carrier itself is lightweight and comfortable to wear. Normally this is not something we would use, however, we sometimes go on long hikes and have noticed our dogs do show signs of tiredness and sometimes need a break. With the sling, they can take turns in having a rest without us having to stop walking. I also liked that the sling holds them quite securely, freeing up both hands when needed. There's also a spring clip to attach to a collar or harness for extra security and poppers to partially close the carrier plus a small pocket on one side.Due to its size, the carry sling should be fine to wash either by hand or on a low temperature machine wash. For the price, I am happy to recommend!

Perfect for puppy or older dogs that struggle walking. Fits our yorky in perfectly and she enjoys being in here. She is quite old now so does struggle on the return leg of the walk so this means we can carry her back while keeping our hands free for the kids. Overall good quality and good value.
