Whilst the tips are brush shaped, they don't lay down like brushes, the nibs remain set, but they do lay down a measured amount of pain which is good for many materials- I've used them on paper, stone, plastics and ceramics and they went down well and remained there. There's a good amount of colours here- but note that the only identification you have about what's in the pen is on the caps, there are colour coded to an extent, but if you get them mixed up- it's a job to restore order again.A nice touch is a card sheet upon which you can colour in each lozenge against the catalogue number- it let's you see the actual shade you are laying down, how it looks in deep and light application and it does show that as well as the multiple colours and shades provided, some speciality metalling and vibrant paints are also supplied- it's a great, generous selection and will give lot's of colouring fun.One thing to note is that it's a little unclear how much paint is in each pen, as there are 2 colours per pen, then the shaft holds roughly half of each- it's not something you are going to paint whole landscapes with and so you should be wary of taking on big vistas.Considering you can get not-so-exciting felt tip ink pens for the same cost-these are far better value cost wise, especially as they come in a delightful packaging with drawers as well as trays. Good quantity and works well for the child or amateur artist.

Removing the lids reveals a wide nib that releases a smooth and even flow of paint. We've tested the pens on paper, wood, and glass, and they performed brilliantly on all surfaces — the paint glides on effortlessly, and the colours are bright, bold, and consistent.The presentation box itself is firm and sturdy, with two smooth-sliding drawers that keep the pens neatly organised and easy to access. It’s ideal for storing and displaying the set, especially for younger artists.Overall, this is a fantastic set of acrylic pens — great quality, an excellent variety of shades, and wonderful to use. For the price, the value is outstanding considering the quantity and performance.

Very nice set of acrylic pens.They come beautifully presented in a box with drawers, and they're easy and lovely to use, on multiple surfaces. Perfect for adult colouring/crafts, and my children have used them to decorate rocks/shells we've found.You get a great variety of colours, and the pigments are strong and bright. There are even some pretty metallic colours included, so this set should have everything you need to get started with, or to add to your collection.I'm really pleased with the set, and would recommend.

I love that these pens come boxed so would make a great gift. I love that it also drawers for the pens to keep them in one place. The pens are good quality and i love the variety of colours. super pleased.
