It stopped working, and the support team will not support me as I live overseas.I bought the product almost one year ago. The product has stopped working, and after the support team could not resolve the issue via email they told me they cannot contact me as I am overseas.Clearly this is disappointing to say the least as...

In addition to the elegance of the purchased keyboard, I was pleased with the response speed of the keys. I could not keep up with them on the screen, read them. :) The symbols were appearing printed so quickly. Respect to the manufacturer.Another convenient feature is the location of the keyboard charging connector, it is on the right side. No need to climb back, to the bottom or somehow else difficultly turn the keyboard over to insert the USB plug/cable into it.The only thing I could not do was to apply letters of my alphabet with laser engraving. In Bangkok, they (a local Mac repair shop) told me that it is impossible to apply laser engraving of a different font to such thin keys - the keys will melt. So I had to use stickers with letters of my alphabet.Overall, I am now a fan of this brand, as well as the Satechi brand.

The first keyboard had a small issue ,called there support department,no problem they replaced it ASAP and special delivery the new replacement key board. I belive this type of service is what makes a great companyAnd easy to tell other people how great they were to work with, their all 5 star
