It's not worth 5 stars for sure. But the price is very low. 35 Euro for this XY-vice is not much. So don't expect the 0.01mm (or 0.1mm for that matter) accuracy and expect that it is a hobby device that need a lot of work to make it a workable product. e.g. remove play, make it slide better, stability, etc. The bare shape of the product is there, thats all. The rest is up to you.After a lot of work I managed to improve the device to give it accuracy to around 50um.Needed to grind the runners with carborundum powder to an exact fit, create new lockplates, make them fit accurate, grind them, fix them so they dont move while sliding. The lead screws are bit bent due to the thread processing and need to straigthen. Fixing the leadscrew nut. Add thrust bearings to the leadscrew/handle, Still open is removing the play on the leadscrew and nut which is currently still 200-300um. I think this can be reduced to

To mount the vice I had to make additional mounting holes in the shelf of the bench drill, because the mounting holes made by the manufacturer, although made in accordance with standardization, simply do not fit. However, I think that this cannot be a reason to complain. The package sent from Germany reached me in Belgium quickly and intact - a big bow to the courier who delivered the package. I will certainly buy more tools from this store. I honestly recommend it.

j'utilise cet équipement avec ma perceuse à colonne pour des petits travaux de perçage précis à environ +/- 0.2 mm. Il est également possible de réaliser de petit travaux de fraisage (trous oblongs par exemple) si votre perceuse à colonne est de bonne rigidité et si vous faites preuve d'un peu de doigté.
