Tried to install this product with two chairs: regular office no-name and an Aeron. The headrest did not get attached to any chair at all and left the back scratched and dented by the screws, despite the padded sticker applied according to the instruction. I did try each screw length - none have worked. Even at the hardest possible tightening this headrest slides off of the chair back at the very first attempt to lean the head on it. Also, the brackets have holes from both sides, front and back. In the package delivered to me, one of the brackets does not have the thread for the screw on the short arm - there is no thread to screw the screw in. The overall construction is very flimsy, the angle is ergonomically wrong, the telescopic extension is very unresponsive and not always working.
