Broken after using twice.

Unfortunately, the product doensn't charge with my phone case on even tho my case isn't thick at all and is compatible with magsafe. This is disappointing since that was the whole reason I got this specific power bank. Other than that it is light, compact and has a lot of power with only 1 full charge of the power bank.

Je corrige ce commentaire : le service client m’a renvoyé une autre batterie qui fonctionne nickel, et que j’ai reçue très vite.[Quand j’aimante la batterie à mon iPhone, même sans coque, le témoin de charge s’allume puis s’éteint. Je suis obligée de passer par câble.]
