I only had to trim a very small amount off the insoles to fit into my trainers. They felt quite comfortable as soon as I put my feet in the trainers and felt nice while I was out and about. Like a massage for my feet while going about my day. I look forward to further results. Its too soon to tell right now. I am happy with my decision to purchase them .
