Looks great but after 3 weeks or so the coating came off turning my wrist green and giving me a rash. Don't know if I recommend. As far as pain relief... can't really say either.

Excellent an easy to adjust time will tell how good it is

Used it for almost 2 months. But after that a rash started on my wrist. Can't use it now, and can't return it. Im allergic to metal, so my guess is the coating has worn off.
