Behr are a well-known supplier of thermostats. This is oem quality without the big mark-up from BMW. Fitted perfectly on my 2006 335i. It’s been on the car now for a few weeks and has eliminated an intermittent thermostat fault code that I was getting (the ecu can adjust the engine temperature). Be aware that the thermostat is not the easiest to replace on these cars. A quick web search finds plenty of DIY videos. You’ll need to replace the coolant at the same time. Comma G48 is compatible with the BMW coolant.
