I recently had a full body lift and had been wearing a doctor-provided compression garment for the required 6 weeks. I was eager to be done with that but still felt like I needed some support and this fit the bill for me. It was a bit snug to begin with but I like the bra-like hooks. It makes it feel secure while allowing you to close it up fairly slowly. I usually wore it for 4-6 hours when I felt like I needed more support as it started to "cut into" my body just below my bra if I wore it too long. It is also a bit "bumpy" so it likely wouldn't be good if you're trying to wear it under something tight.
