This part is a perfect fit for the Makita DHS680Z (in my case a 2018 model), in my case the original guard lever was already at the correct size There was no need to replace it

Fits the DHS680 Circular saw perfectly and comes with the screw.Be aware that you will need to purchase a smaller guard lever, otherwise the regular lever will become obstructed by the nozzle.
