Ik heb een nieuw product besteld en gekocht maar toch een open verpakking gekregen en de kettingzaag (de zaag deel) niet de originele Makita maar van Oregon (goedkoper). Dit terwijl in de beschrijving van het product is niets over gemeld

I do tree removal and I bought this saw hoping to use it in the tree. I find it's not powerful enough for that - it's too slow, and so I use a gas powered top-handle saw in the tree (Echo CS-355T... WONDERFUL saw!). However, on the ground, it works well for trimming off smaller branches and is nice and light.For light-duty trimming it's great, but if you are cutting a lot of 6-inch branches or larger, consider a gas saw or a larger battery saw. And for goodness sake - KEEP THE CHAIN SHARP! That makes a huge difference, especially with such a small saw.

well made ,handy for little jobs ,good chane nice and sharp hard steel.suppied with necesery tool to maintane bar and oil regulation and a liter of oil.+ a bag to keep it in.auto cut of swich could do with a bit more time before it swiches off. but generaly a well made makita

I used it for 4 months now, to cut firewood, it works reliable even in below -20C, recommend 2-3 5Ah batteries or bigger for continous operation.Have cut 20m3 firewood, birch and pine with it.Actually by far the best money ever spend on a Chainsaw, thought it was a nice to have joke of some kind, but I was wrong, the thing is f..... great! It is extremelycheap to run with soaring gas prices in mind, the chain lasts forever if you know how to operate a saw.Pro tip, if its freezing outside, start with all batteries charged( they can be cold), the batteries warm up under use, so charge the warm empty battery immediately, do not charge empty cold li-ion makitas, they dont like it.
