Next time, I’ll make my pot pies with just a top crust because I found the double crust pot pies were too crusty. These pie dishes are shallow, but not too shallow for the filling. They are just right for a generous sized individual serving, or maybe a fruit pie for two. 😋🥧😋 They are elegant and sturdy. They hold up well in the oven and microwave and are easy to clean.

Admittedly I have only used these dishes on one occasion. However, they are fully oven proof and are great for oven to table food. They look really good as well. I cannot find any minus points.

This was a gift for my daughter and she loves it. Especially the fluted edge.
