These Manbily rubber foot pads, three of, are brilliant. They come in a plain cardboard box, with a standard 3/8 thread and fit my old (unbranded model, that I picked up at a camera fair) tripod that I keep in the car boot due to its size as I look upon it as my ‘universal tripod’ as it’s there for when - or if! - I get caught out and need one quickly as it also serves as a lighting stand with a flashgun mounted on it. The rubber compound seems quite robust or rather solid enough and overall I am very pleased with them.

The rubber ball is firm, heavy-duty, and permanently fixed to the threaded section. The rubber-bevelled contours enable my tripod to be adjusted to any angle, and I find that it provides stability and firm support as needed. Where it makes contact, it grips fine and doesn’t leave marks on the surface. That said, with heavy equipment, the weight helps to keep it planted. It fits and performs adequately and is a relatively low-cost replacement option.
