I wash football kits for an adults team and sometimes they just need a scrub as soaking isn't enough. This board comes in handy for just that.Is big enough to do the job I need it to do and small enough to store away out of site as it fits in my kitchen cupboard nicely without being intrusive . It's surprisingly sturdy and I love the colour.

I often wear a neckerchief when working outdoors on hot and humid days. I find the neckerchief soaks up a lot of the sweat and grime an aides greatly in overall comfort. Plus it lessens the incident of sunburn.As one might imagine, my neckerchiefs tend to get grimy and nasty in short order. Rather than run the neckerchiefs through the regular laundry, I often wash in my bathroom sink which gets filled with water and a bit of detergent.I tried the mini-washboatd for this task and all I can say is wow! With a minimum of scrubbing effort against this washboard, the water quickly turned dark. This shows me that the crud and grime was removed..and was confirmed by the clear vcleaning rinse.Awesome! It's simple to use and sure beats the hand wringing method that I used in the past. Plus, I believe the garment to be cleaner than when using that other method.. and in much less time and with much less effort. This washboard is a great tool for washing out my hand-wash only fabrics. I wish I had bought one sooner.

I bought a few of these to have around he house. I remember growing up my mom had a wood and metal one she would use on socks and things that were dirtier.My sons socks end up so filthy and the washer just doesnt do the trick. I use a bar detergent and this little gadget n his white socks look like new! Really rubs out all the gunk.
