This thing makes pasta and it's easy to do. My kitchen counter doesn't hold the pasta machine due to the setbacks under the counter that defeat the clamp. I am not Vishnu with 8 arms so I can't hold the machine, crank it, feed the pasta and guide it out. No clamp needed for the machine with the motor and it works smoothly, easily transferring from roll out to one of the cutting options. A recent national review said this and the matching pasta machine were not Rolls Royce models but were like a Camry - works every time and gets the job done reliably. I agree.

Ayant un laminoir à pâtes Marcato ( super ) je me suis decidé d'acheter le moteur - c'est une video qui m'a convaincu : enfinles deux mains libres pour manipuler plus facilement la pâte: dans la même video on voit aussi comment installer les pâtes sur le séchoir à pâtes.

Premesso che non sono io, in casa, che mi occupo di fare la pasta, per quello che ho potuto vedere un motorino è molto più che utile: non solo il risultato è migliore, più uniforme ed i tempi sono più veloci, la presenza del motorino (bilanciato dal peso dell'accessorio per le tagliatelle) evita anche di fissare la macchina al tavolo, rendendo ancora più pratica e veloce l'intera esperienza.Non posso fare paragoni con altri motori in quanto non ne ho esperienza, ma questo è ben fatto, sembra molto robusto e si mette e toglie con facilità. È un po' rumoroso, grosso modo come il motore del frullatore o del mixer, ma non è insopportabile.L'unica informazione che manca è se è compatibile anche con le macchine Imperia e viceversa.
