I liked the fact that the product was quite tall so easy to dry long pasta shapes such as spaghetti on. It also was nice and sturdy but packs away very easily.

Ce séchoir pour des pâtes est tout simplement parfait et indispensable! Vraiment stable, facile à ranger à plat. J'adore la règle (à l'intérieur de la tige centrale en acier) qui facilite beaucoup la pose des pâtes. Je suis absolument satisfaite de cet achat et je recommande le produit à acheter avec les yeux fermés!

So what can I add to their observations?I bought this item six years ago and finally a few months ago started using it.The rack saves space. I used to lay out the fresh uncooked pasta on a table. That took up a bit of the table top while the rack has a relatively small footprint.The rack is simple to keep clean.I sometimes make the uncooked pasta a distance away from the where it will be cooked. I can pick the rack up and carry all the pasta over to near the pot it will be cooked in. This really is why I'd buy it again, despite the high price, if it ever broke. It just makes the whole pasta making workflow so much better.

A joy to use. Pricey but worth it if it lasts. Time will tell, however it is very nicely made and stable.
