De Martin's Chocolatier Hot Chocolate Flakes set combineert melk- en witte chocoladevariëteiten in één pakket. Elke variant is gemaakt van gemalen Belgische chocoladevlokken, ontworpen voor optimale oplossing in warme dranken. Bereiding omvat het maken van een gladde pasta met 3-4 volle theelepels vlokken en heet water, waarna 200 ml verwarmde melk wordt toegevoegd onder grondig roeren. Het twee-pack formaat biedt afwisseling met zowel melk- als witte chocoladeopties. Deze chocolaatjes kunnen worden aangepast met optionele toppings zoals slagroom, extra chocoladevlokken of marshmallows.
Gebruiksaanwijzing
Meng 3-4 volle theelepels in een mok, misschien meer als je chocoladeachtig bent. Maak er een pasta van met heet water. Verwarm voorzichtig 200 ml melk en giet op de chocolade, goed roeren. Waarom niet echt genieten door slagroom, chocoladevlokken en marshmallows toe te voegen?

Very very nice! We brought it for our hotel chocolate Velvetiser as some of the flavours that came with it was very bitter and strange. But these are soooooo yummy! It does need 4 BIG spoonfuls to have the amount you need for the Velvetiser, but honestly so yummy! Not too sweet, lovely and smooth to drink, over all no complaints for me!

2 very nice and pleasant luxury hot chocolate drinks. They are flakes of real chocolate.Both white and mall chocolate very nice.Can be had with hot war (add a good helping of milk) or with hot milk. Need 8 or 9 teaspoons for full effect.Could probably get similar by grating a bloc of chocolate.Very nice 8/10

Although this is a lovely hot chocolate, you do need rather a lot of flakes to get the chocolate taste, so not going to last very long, which makes it more expensive. But it is a lovely drink.

Bit weak for me, quite sweet as well but does work in Hotel Chocolate velvetiser. White chocolate is very creamy and tastes like melted milky bar. Milk chocolate lacks a bit of punch. Recommends 3-4 tablespoons in 200ml of milk, had to nearly double that to get any depth to the drink. It melts really easily but I think it's a bit pricey as you will only get 5-6 drinks from a tub so probably won't reorder.
