This item is really beautiful. It's so comfortable you could wear it to bed and not know and yet it seems to be effective too. Elastic but not discomforting at all. Some people say it doesn't stay on the tummy, I think it pulls down actually and you have to keep pulling it back up. But it still does the job tho. I initially bought a size 38/40 cos am normally size 14, it did fit quite alright and I wasn't sure if it was gonna stay or not but I returned it anyway and got this size 46/48 which fits better but I will be ordering a one size smaller soon ie 44. I even wear leggings on top of it, I wear it to work, spend like 6 to 7hrs excluding travelling times and yet I don't feel any discomfort. I see the difference when I wear it too. I also bought the full leggings but find this half length one easier to wear cos I don't need my legs worked on anyway, it's my stomach and hips that need working on. So, yes I will recommend, 100%. It doesn't give you any red marks or sores, well, not to me. People might react differently but as for me, the moment I bought this item I fell in love with it. Remember, if you are the type that use body lotion on your legs then this item is not for you cos they clearly state that to preserve the quality of this item you should not apply cream to your legs before wearing but that is if you want it to last long, you can use your cream and if it spoils buy another one. Also, like someone also mentioned, you will need energy to put this item on esp if you go for a smaller size. I personally will advise like someone also said in their review, go for a size larger than your normal size then you will enjoy this item. One more thing, it itches but I don't mind. Someone else mit not itch, people react different to things. The pulling down is not really so bad, I don't mind pulling it back up so long as I am seeing results. And remember u have to wear it for atleast 28-30dys before u start seeing the results. And u only wash it with cold water too, hand wash. I think it's a good item. I've rated it 4 because of the pulling and itching

Je ne le conseillerais pas car c'est pas du tout gainant ou alors prendre une taille en dessous peut-être que cela changerait. Mais me concernant il y a rien de positif.
