Ordered this king size mattress after researching many 'mattress in a box' manufacturer's and reading many reviews. Simpur appeared to be excellent value for money for a quality product, so I took a leap and ordered one.It arrived prior to the delivery date promised and was well packaged. We put the unopened mattress in place of the old one, removed the plastic packaging and watched as the mattress started to increase in size. After about 4 hours the mattress was ready to sleep on.Please be aware that with this type of mattress you should allow 10 days for the mattress to fully form and for your body to get used to the new mattress and the support it provides (hence why you bought a new mattress). I would also say that for people of our weight 12 and 9 stone, that the mattress is more firm than medium. There is no rolling into the middle, you do not feel the other person moving around, is very supportive, the mattress is not hot and is well aired.We are very happy with the mattress and would highly recommend this company.

Relaxing. Came in vacuum rolled. Took a bit longer than expected but surely excellent product. Happy with the purchase and customer service. Would definitely recommend it.

Like others have mentioned this is a firm mattress.I’ve had no problems with odour like some reviews mention.Was happy it came in the slightly larger size I required for my double bed. It fits like a glove.It was delivered earlier than expected.Great quality for the price.
