I always struggle to buy for my friend's birthday; As He has a server form of Rheumatoid Arthritis & struggles to open letters. I was very pleased when I came across this item on Amazon, & hoped all reviews were correct!!There was no kneed to worry my friend thinks it's wonderful & made his life just that little bit easier. Would reccomend in a heart beat!!!

I have a few of these both in the US and where/when I am in another country, which is most of the year. If a stack of mail hits, well...this piece (for me proves itself as invaluable)!
