So glad these fit the Spectra bottles as the cap/disc combination of the Spectra lids drive me insane. Definitely need to use the supplied seals though as they'll leak if you shake it.

Used these lids on our long 29h trip from Australia to Sweden. The bottles did not leak what so ever, exactly what I had been searching for!
