I've been caravaning for some years now , and have not had this problem occur. The 13 pin connection pins would not line up, so could not connect to the tow vehicle. Tried everything but no joy, until we purchased this Matpole cap. what a simple item that works extremely well, keeps all the pins inline and ready for the next use. Worth every penny, used a few times now and makes the connection soooo easy. For less than £5 its a fantastic buy. I would recommend that you get one asap as sooner or later you will wish you had bought one.

I will only use this type of socket holder on my trailers now, after suffering those awful push in types that never grip well,With this holder you twist the 13pin plug into this holder, just as if it was being plugged into the car's powered socket.This means it grips the plug perfectly, there's a seal in the base that helps keep things watertight, and it lines the pins up...handy if you find you can't get the plug into the cars socket due to kids messing and twisting the connector etc.

Bis jetzt sieht es ganz gut aus, sie macht was sie soll ,schützt die Kontakte vor Feuchtigkeit.
