Love, love, love this seasoning. It will make your meat come to life. It's so favorable and little goes a long way.

I grill nearly every day and smoke a couple times a month. Being a carnivore, I seem to get cranky if I don't get about a pound of meat a day. We keep a pantry of different rubs, seasonings, marinades and sauces. Most of the time, I either rely solely on Montreal Steak Seasoning or use it as a base adding other nuance flavors. Actually, I am quite happy to use it by itself given the Texas Salt and Pepper penchant. There is also a blend of other spices in the ingredients which adds to the back flavors and overall appeal. We love it on all forms of beef from Brisket to Skirt Steak, Pork, Chicken and as a change up on Fish and Vegetables. It is truly a joy to have a product such as this that is so versatile.I find that a lighter application on quick grilling meat and lighter yet on fish & vegetables works best due to the intensity, but on slow smoked brisket and the like, I use it as a rub.Great Product!

I think this is the best seasoning for Steak.

Great product, I use it on steaks, burgers and grilled chicken, people always ask what i use and are surprised when I show them what it is.

I have been using this to make hoagie buns. The best I've ever tasted. 1 1/2 tablespoon in the bread machine and a little extra yeast. That's the best. I can't keep the buns in the house. They are gone pretty much that day
