These are easily the best knee pads I have ever used for grappling and MMA training.I have gone through at least 8 pairs of knee sleeve guards over the last 12 years of grappling.These knee guards stayed in place whilst training, I didn’t have to constantly pull them up or readjust them (even when very sweaty!) unlike sleeve type knee guards I have used previously.The padding is also made of a closed cell foam providing a decent amount of protection, hopefully these will be durable and will last.Most of the other knee pads I have used lose their padding after 6 months to a years worth of use.It was a struggle getting these over my calves though, although I suspect the elastic will losen over time.I didn’t want to go a size up as didn’t want the knee pads to be lose around my knees.Something to bear in mind when purchasing your knee guards.Still highly recommended!

These are just what I was looking for, for my partner. He dives a lot when playing.The size is great, no nasty surprises. Protection is superb. Very comfortable.

I don't even play Volleyball, but these are perfect for what I needed them for. Every time I would hit the ground, I would land knee first and it was pretty agonising, these guys have minimised all pain and it's given me a lot of confidence to go out and be as wreckless as I want (within reason)
