Medieval and Renaissance Songbook for Celtic Harp

A very cool book in this series! Early music sounds lovely on harps of every size. On a tiny harp of 16 or so strings, you can play the full melody and add accompanying notes here and there using the chord symbols as a guide. I also have a larger harp, and the sky is the limit as far as far as what the lead sheet format makes possible. Very satisfying!

Lots of nice pieces for a good price. There isn't any left hand notation but the chords are indicated, so I just play broken chords with my left hand and it sounds nice

I have this and two others in the series so far, and I have found that all 3 books are very approachable on the harp. They are lead sheets only, so you have the opportunity to be creative with your left hand based on the chords provided. The arrangements without need for accidentals means it is accessible to all harps; you don't have worry about lever or pedal changes. It's all melody line with single notes; easy enough for a beginner while providing a good starting point for more advanced players to expand upon it. Good book for a great price!
