Lightweight, feels airy and great to run in, used this recently for a marathon and experienced no discomfort or chaffing at all. The sizes run big, consider this an "oversized" t-shirt, it's pretty long compared to a normal "medium" size I would wear but I actually prefer that for running so it doesn't expose your stomach as it bounces around.

These t-shirts and vests are great for running and working out - they're light weight, very breathable and comfortable. Amazing value for money. I find I need a size down - I'm normally an M, but in these I'm a SBe warned on the white ones - they're a little see-though; my chest and tummy hair is quite visible though it!
