Zowel lens als camera sluiten goed aan.Na eerste montage op Canon EOS R7 bleek het adapter niet te werken. Lens ging niet 'aan', Aperture bleef op F00 staan. Op internet artikel gevonden over pinnetjes die niet terugspringen. Bij mijn exemplaar stonden de pinnetjes wel allemaal naar buiten. Ze vervolgens 1 voor 1 ingedrukt en adapter nog een keer aangesloten. Dit bleek de oplossing.Met o.a. de volgende lenzen werkt de adapter super goed:- EF-s 10-22 3.5-4.5- EF-s 17-55 2.8 IS USM- EF 70-200 4.0 IS USM- Tamron 90 (macro)- EF 50 1.8Scherpstellen lijkt op R7 veel sneller te gaan dan op 7D.Een opvallend puntje: op de 70-200 blijft de IS in de lens aan, ook al is de ontspanknop niet half ingedrukt. IS handmatig uitzetten spaart de batterij.

Got this to use my Tamron 150-600, Tamron 90mm macro and Tamron 18-400mm lenses but once I attach the lenses via this adapter to my Canon R10 there is a lot of play which allows the camera to move.This might allow dust or damp in between the camera and lens.The adapter allows me to use all 3 ER/s lenses on my EOS-R body but the movement is a worry.

This did what it was supposed to do. However, I decided to return the item and simply purchase the RF lenses that I needed. Newer lenses usually are sharper, have faster auto-focus and are smaller. Adapter makes the system longer and slightly heavier. However, this adapter will work if you have some EF lenses that you must use with a newer Canon body.

Produit utilisé pour un sigma 150-600 contemporary monté sur un canon eos r7. Pas de jeu, se défait pas et les mises au point ainsi que les suivis se font sans problème, fonctionne impeccablement bien. N a pas rougir par rapport à l adaptateur canon qui vaut le double du prix

I just purchased this as a backup for an upcoming trip. Having just tested with all my EFS lenses on an R10 body, I'm stunned with the perfectly tight and sealed feel to it! Although my other adapter has a control ring, I will be using this as my primary adapter from now on. (All my lenses have their own focus rings anyway and control ring commands are set to dials on my R10 body.) A wonderful surprise and the cheapest option of all the adapters available. Used it to attach a Sigma 150-600mm to my Canon R7. Holds the large lens securely to the camera, with only just a slight bit of rotational play. All electronic functions work perfectly, just the known close range AF tracking issues between this lens and camera body, but that isn't the adapter's fault.
