Even if the item shipped to you is damaged, the company will only pay $20 for return shipping. You have to pay the rest; which is about $60 more.I purchased this product and it doesn't fit what I needed it for. But the shipping cost to return is about $80. I decided to keep the product rather than pay that amount for shipping and now I'm stuck with it.

Awesome bag, very well built and padded. Seems like the frame drum can suffer all sorts of shocks and still be unaffected by it.This bag is highly recommended for 20 inch frame drums.
