El sonido es muy bueno, aunque para algunos pasajes se queda un poco escaso. Muy útiles para dar un color en determinados pasajes.

These are beautifully tuned cymbals. I bought them to use with a church choir anthem, and they have a very pleasant, gentle sounding ring to them. I got them to replace a pair of Ziljians that sounded horribly dissonant-these are much more musical! A great product, I highly recommend these.

Unfortunately the ding of the tingshas leaves a lot to be desired. The sustain is very short, which makes them less suited for meditation but even if it was longer you wouldn't want it to be anyway because the overtones do not sound very pleasant. The issue is that the tuning of the pieces is too far apart, which produces overtones that are too high in pitch. It needs to be very close together to give a nice slow oscillation.They do look nice though, but that's not enough. I didn't buy them just so I could look at them. If you need tingshas with a short, high-pitched dissonant sound, these are for you but I assume most people aren't looking for that when they need them meditation.
