Ok - biggest issue I had - this frame is not in any kind of box, it's lose, so when shipped the glass shattered. Amazon was great and replaced it, but the second one came shipped the same way, so it was only dumb luck that this wasn't broken as well. There is no cover over the glass to secure it during shipping.Additionally the packaging consists of cardboard corner pieces stapled into the frame, these are difficult to remove and leave holes- 4 on each corner where the staples are removed. I had to go over it with black marker to hide the messy spots from the staples.Also be aware there is no stand on this frame, it either needs to be hung on the wall, or placed on another standing frame or easel. It did fit my 8.5x11 certificate, but it does cover some part of the edges so just be aware of that.The frame isn't bad for the price if you are going to hang it, but they need to ship it in a box.

I am very pleased with the quality and appearance of this frame. Also, it came very securely packaged. I would definitely order again.
