melii Snackle Box XL - Divided Snack Container: we love this. The container is a high quality, sturdy plastic. The lid fits on tightly and securely, but the tabs on the lid and base still make it very easy to open despite the snug, airtight fit. The dividers are also very nice quality and fit well. Perfect for prepping a healthy snack tray for the day when the kids are home. I just wish it was packaged better: it came in a thin cellophane bag, and the lid was cracked in transit. (Of course, Amazon will replace it if that happens to you.)

I bought these for graduation gifts and filled them with over the counter meds like Tylenol, ibuprofen, band aids, etc. I also included a thermometer, nail clippers and tweezers. I then made a list including each medicine, purpose of med, what other meds ok to take with it or to avoid. I taped this list inside the cover.

I've tried a few Bento box style food carriers now and I always find myself thinking, I just wish it were BIGGER. Very rarely is there an occasion where I'm only packing food for myself. Usually I'm sharing with at least one other hungry person and often a couple of young eating machines. This gets the job done, for sure. The drawback of the size is that it's more challenging to pack this thing, but it is great for bringing a nice variety of snacks to last a day trip or long plane ride with kids. I love that the size of the sections is customizable. You can leave it with all tiny squares for little fingers or you can make some sections bigger for a DIY charcuterie board. It doesn't happen often, but one of my favorite things is to have an adults only night at a bar that only serves drinks and let's you bring your own food. This box is making that so much easier to do! Just make sure the tables are big enough. If you bring this on a plane (and if you have little kids, you absolutely should) be aware that it will take up the whole tray table and even hang off some depending which airline you're on.It is very smooth plastic so cleans up easily. It didnt even have a weird smell to it when i opened it up so just a regular dish soap and warm water wash and it was ready to go. The lid fits and latches tightly so your food won't be escaping in the go. I LOVE the way the dividers are designed. You can remove the vertical separators, but the horizon dividers are permanent and perfectly seal at the bottom which means you can put berries in one compartment and they won't get your goldfish crackers all soggy. I didn't pay attention when I ordered this, but the packaging does indicate this is from a MOM team and you can really tell. Moms know their stuff! If you've got a day trip coming up this snacklebox can make a big difference in the happiness level of you and any kids you may have in tow! If it's JUST you, you'd probably want something smaller, though, so do check those measurements! This is the XL size and they are not kidding!

I love snackle boxes, they are great for bringing to parties and get togethers. I was really hoping this would seal well so I could put olives and other fruits and veggies in this for a party tray, but the juice from the olives leaked under the divider and got on the other food. This would be good for all dry items, but do not put anything with liquid in it. Overall the price is a little high for what you get. The sections are on the small side, and is not leak proof.

The snack box itself is nice enough, I like that the compartments are sort of adjustable by taking out dividers (although this does make it harder to wash than one with little individual bowls, I think, because on something like that you could wash the little bowls separately without having to wash the whole thing. I guess which you prefer would depend on what you prioritize.)My big gripe comes with how it was shipped. For all the excess that Amazon usually goes through with shipping things (putting very unbreakable things like a pillow in a box with a bunch of packing paper) this snack box was packed in just a thin plastic shipping envelope - not even a padded envelope! And predictably, it showed up cracked. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning it so I can get a replacement.UPDATE: Got the replacement and it was cracked too!! Poorly packed just like the first one. Not going to bother trying to get another one, and updating my review to one star., because if two couldn't get here without breaking it definitely makes me concerned about putting this in a backpack and it standing up to any sort of bumping around.
