My whiteboard arrived quickly and in good condition. Mounting was easy with the enclosed screws. H+S fridge magnets adhere strongly to the board and Berol DryWipe pens provide good clear marking - and wipe clean easily with no residual marks left behind, no water or alcohol needed. I have removed the pen tray because I do not need it. (Pens, magnets and board wiper purchased separately)This board does everything that I need it for and does it well, so I can see no point in spending out on a more expensive example.
