The product is very good. I had a similar shoe bought several years ago and served me very well. Still I had to return for choosing the wrong size. Mephisto sizes are half number larger. So, if you need, as I needed 9.5M, you should ask for 9M and you will fill perfect. Do not avoid this shoe for a high price, you will recompensed with a shoe that you will love.
