nach langem Suchen endlich ein Teil gefunden, das preislich im akzeptablen Bereich liegt und dennoch hält was es verspricht. Die Gabel liegt gut in der Hand, durch die langen Zinken kann man auch größere Sachen aufnehmen, was sehr angenehm ist.Sie ist sehr gut verarbeitet, auch nach längerem Gebrauch immer noch wie neu. Allerdings behandle ich die Fleischgabel wie ein gutes Messer - sie hat im Geschirrspüler nichts verloren, wird stets per Hand gespült !

Really impressed with this carving fork for the price. It feels very solid, is well finished and looks far more expensive than it is. It looks like it is made from a single piece of metal with a riveted handle.I am no chef and have limited experience with carving meat, but for me this is an excellent addition to the kitchen.
