I bought this radio after firstly buying and regretting a cheap copy.This radio has been sitting by a window almost constantly since I bought it. The battery charges as soon as any sun hits the solar panel. Battery has retained its charge and just never seems to run out. I did put some ordinary batteries in the radio to make sure that aspect was working which it did . Then I took those batteries out and have just run the radio on the rechargeable battery. The charging handling actually works which is amazing. Torch is bright although I don’t use that . Radio reception is amazing on all bands , although a digital radio would have been nice too.Buiid quality of the radio is to a very high standard. I also had two walkie talkies with this radio which seem ok although not used them much.

J ai mis la radio toute la journée à la fenêtre en plein soleil et la batterie n a pas chargé d un pouce… pareil en essayant de faire la dynamo durant 5 bonnes minutes. Ce serait sympa si le vendeur pouvait m indiquer si c est normal ?

La borsa che contiene il materiale è carina e tutto è come previsto ma... lasciano molto a desiderare le 6 batterie AAA ricaricabili da 300 mAh ciascuna di marca Midland per il walkie-talkie. Ci credo che in alcune recensioni si parli della scarsa durata delle batterie. Ma è possibile che Midland non possa fornire delle batterie più capienti? Le sostituirò con batterie ricaricabili EBL da 1100 mAh. Le 3 stelle delle recensioni sono per questo handicap delle batterie.
