Cleaner works well. But we don’t like the protectant. It leaves a sticky layer which probably protects well but it does not play well. We could even hear our fingers sticking on the pan while playing. For the bottom side it does have some benefit because it ‘sticks’ to our lap better, e.g. the pan has less tendency to slide of our lap.

I bought Protector Oil for my nitrite handpan for the second time without color. It was awful and I feel like it damaged my instrument! I used both the cleaner and the protective oil according to the instructions. My instrument now feels very sticky! I've also noticed that both cleaning cloths bleed color. I am very surprised and upset.
