This is about as basic a tent as you can buySingle skin2 poles setsSome guy ropes and pegsIt is 5 minutes to pitch. Very simple.Roomy inside for 1 person, u could do 2 at a pinch.Decent headroomParticularly liked the full door fly screen.2000 rain resistant will be fine for UK summer.Very light when packed up.A decent offering for a hiker on a tight budget but not for anything other than summer use.

I got this as my partner and I intend to go camping around the area with our new puppy and this would be ideal for a starter set. I'm impressed with it so far; it's quite easy to set up with 2 people and bright orange trim means it's easy to spot outside.Included in the setup, you get the tent, rods for support, ropes for stability, pegs to secure to the ground outside and a square protector for the pole hub at the top. Disappointingly, it doesn't include a flysheet so if you need the extra layer of protection, you'll need to get it separately andthe pole hub protector doesn't actually fit securely over the mesh top, so if you get any sideways wind, it'll start dripping through. It needs to be larger to fit securely over it.It's spacious enough, but realistically, the 4 person tent is probably fine for 2 people and a dog, allowing for room to move around. 4 people will *technically* fit if squeezed in, but the condensation will be wild. There is a little storage pouch inside but it's not massive. There's no porch for items, so everything will need to sit inside with you. The zips feel fine and don't catch, so that's a positive.It rolls down nicely enough, but you do need to be meticulous to fit it into the carry case. When compact, it's easy to carry and will work well for small camping trips or festivals. I wouldn't say it's good for anything requiring more durability but will work fine for a day or two.For £34.99 at time of review, the 4 person tent is decent enough but note that it probably isn't suitable for 4 people with space, but rather 2 with a good amount of space, or 3 feeling snug.

Tore as putting it up son was really disappointed

Well packed and arrived quicklyVery compact in its carry sack, especially as this is a 2 man tent, i would say it was compact and light enough for a bit of backpacking.Easy to erect, 4 poles, 4 pegs and the guide lines and your done, took me all of 5 mins to get this up on an overnighter this weekend.I will say this seams bigger than the usual 2 man tents iv had in the past, would say 2 persons plus kit and you would still have a bit of room.pockets down the sides make it easy to organise your stuff. Especially your mobile and wallet when bedding down.Seams, sticking and zips all seem good quality and i have no complaints.Overall a really good 2 person tent for the money, Very impressed
