The cushion is big and puffy and as described. It is made of a medium or darker gray (not light gray) and is fleece. it is puffy/a good size and serves its purpose of providing extra back support. Happy with the product and would purchase again. Might be a bit too warm to use in the summer since it's fleece but I'm happy with it

I bought as a bed reading pillow and it works for that purpose. Was a little worried when I opened the package. It looked small and hard, but followed the directions and after 48 hours fit the bill. Love the soft zipper cover too.
