Good Goggles for the price. I use them for bicycle and all day activities.About the Goggles and possible Activities wearing them and for what not using them (in my opin.):- I did some modification on them however. I did make the breathing holes little more accessible,through the foam rubber on the inside. This removed the fogging under colder dump humid temperatures. There should be no fogging under hot outside temperatures, but you will be sweating..So there is always something...Also do not tighten the rubber headband to tight, you will cut off the blood circulation to your head. You will feel it believe me. So keep it not to tight and not to loose on your watermelon.- Sun protection is just right not to dark and not to light.- Black Frame holding those glasses is very robust. I love it.- Would I use those Goggles for Paint ball ?Answer: NOWhy ?Answer: Because under physical activity with gun and gear , while targeting on target , your face will stay under stress , you will make face gestures , your face muscles will move the glasses lightlyup and down.All it needs to happen (in worst case scenario) is while you under stress , you getting a paint ball, with high speed , at exactly the moment between that opening between your eye and face (light opening , slit) and you are OUT ,for life!You get my point? I hope I am understandable in writing this scenario .Remember for PAINTBALL ALWAYS USE FULL FACE MASK !- Would I buy those Goggles again ?And would I recommend them for Sport activity and Bicycle or even Yard work at the house ?Answer is YES !Ordering and Delivery :- Delivery was fast. I was at home , but my doorbell is busted and I live on X-Floor (very high, lets put it this way) , so the driver left for me a note in my mailbox.
