This mini exercise bike is much more realistically priced than many, but is just as effective. Sturdy but compact, and not very heavy, it is easy to place in any confined fined space you might want to use. Putting on the feet and pedals took two minutes. The adjustable resistance of the pedals is perfect for me. Very well made and I think it is exceptional value.

As someone suffering COPD and walking is limited as I run out of breath. Sitting all the time has caused my ankles to swell, adding to my health issues. I bought this to exercise. it works well. It is simple to work, easy to manage and is aiding me to return my ankles to normal. My one small complaint is my feet are too big with the shoes on to go through the straps on the pedals, so I removed them. Without shoes, the pedals are hard on the soles of you feet. Otherwuse a good purchase.
