Overall this is a decently built mini PC, which packs a lot of performance in small form factor, but it's let down by several issues.First off I wasn't getting the same graphics and cpu performance as in the online reviews that I found of this unit. When I looked closer into it, I found that there was only a single 16GB DDR5 SO-DIMM present, instead of 2x8GB as in the reviews. Needless to say, this hurts performance, especially for the iGPU.I decided to order a second SO-DIMM of the same type as was present (Crucial CT16G56C46S5). After installing it, multicore performance went up by about 10% and graphics performance by a whopping 60% (!), measured with Geekbench and Unigine Heaven respectively. I'm happy with the result, but I just don't understand why they would ship a unit gimped like that by a single DIMM. It's 2025, it's common knowledge that you should always use two DIMMs (hint: the D in DIMM stands for Dual Channel). I don't like that I had to spend an extra 50 euro to get the performance I was expecting.My second issue was with the Mediatek WiFi/Bluetooth card. It's an MT7902 which is not supported at all in Linux, and even in Windows it doesn't perform very well and doesn't seem well supported, especially the bluetooth part. I wanted to use my bluetooth speakers to avoid wiring issues, but over bluetooth I get cracks and distortion while playing sounds, and frequent dropouts and fadeins. I have no such problems with my main PC or another mini PC which both use an Intel chipset. So I intend to order an Intel AX210 M.2 card and replace it. It should be an easy fix but it's also another 20 euro expense and having to fiddle with something that should work properly out of the box.My third issue was with the preinstalled Windows 11. Out of the box it was running several services intended for Intel Killer WiFi hardware, which is not present in this system, so this is unnecessary bloat and god knows what else was preinstalled.Worse is that while I was setting up my installation and installing updates, Windows 11 suddenly stopped booting, hanging with a black screen, and no repair or rolling back updates would fix it. I believe it happened right after the big 24H2 update, but I'm not sure if that was the actual cause. In any case, within two hours of using this PC I already found myself downloading the install image from Microsoft and reinstalling Windows 11 from scratch, and hunting down all the drivers (again this cursed Mediatek card ...)Finally, some minor gripes: as noted in several reviews already, the power led is indeed excessively bright and it is indeed annoying having to pry off the rubber feet to be able to get inside the unit.

S. - Kompetenz, Freundlichkeit, Lösungsfindung - großartig!Ich muss nun schauen wie ich das Gerät zurücksetzen kann um alle meine Daten zu löschen, dann wird das Gerät zurück an Amazon geschickt und der Kaufbetrag erstattet.Update 27.04.2025:Das Wochenende genutzt und ich habe mir nun einen Mac Mini M4 von Apple gekauft.Für meine Anforderungen reicht die Basis Version, aktuell bei Amazon für 579€. Ich nutze eh iPhone und iCloud als auch Microsoft OneDrive, speichere alles in der Cloud und zusätzlich noch per NAS.Update 21.05.2025Hersteller Support hat Kontakt mit mir aufgenommen und Kompensation angeboten.

Le UM760 avec processeur 7640HS est un excellent mini PC, rapide, fluide.Il convient à tous les usages classiques sauf le gaming avancé.Le prix est très compétitif (375€ avec 16go/1To) et il chauffe très peu donc la performance reste stable sur des utilisations intensives. Il est très silencieux la plupart du temps, et même sur un benchmark le ventilateur reste discret.La performance mono-coeur est particulièrement élevée et les 6 coeurs sont efficaces en multi-coeurs.Il y a un slot mémoire libre pour une deuxième barrette si l'on veut passer à 32 go.A ce jour je n'ai pas rencontré de limite ou de problème donc un sans faute en ce qui me concerne.

Un mini di prestazioni generali più che soddisfacenti,nessun problema con W11 preinstallato e con rapido settaggio e avvio,La scelta riguardava un PC con buone porte USB (USB 3,2) e ci sono e con la porta USB-C i trasferimenti sono veloci a sufficienza.Presto per parlare di prestazioni a lungo termine ma come general purpose è più che buono

Même s'il faut voir dans la durée, la première impression concernant le MinisForum UM760 slim est bonne. Installation Windows 11 facilitée par la disponibilité de l'option "je n'ai pas internet" qui permet d'échapper à un compte Microsoft et de créer directement un compte local. Bonne rapidité avec RAM DDR5 et SSD M.2 NVMe PCIe4. Le processeur AMD Ryzen 5 7640HS est très performant pour un usage courant hors jeux. Quasiment aucun bruit du ventilateur. Bonne aération avec grilles latérales et sous le mini PC.

Exactement ce que je cherchais, s'ouvre instantanément, hyper rapide, tout est fluide c'est parfait.
