I replaced my HP i5-4590 with the UM480XT as new home server and am really happy that I did. The 4800h APU is maybe getting a little dated, but still very powerful. The UM480xt is a nice system. I was able to easily upgrade the 16gb to 24gb by replacing one DIMM. Also adding a SSD into the case was easy. The system is also very silent even at full speed. The BIOS is very extensive and has many options. There is nothing that I can complain about. Well done MinisForum! I’m one of your happy customers.

It is the fastest machine I ever owned, and I owned quite some of them.I am using it for church organ emulation, which is extremely demanding seen the polyphony (numder of simulaneous sounds) of a church organ (several hundreds to even several thousands).This requires an enormous computing power of the deployed processor.This "little" machine easily performes this gigantic task, without complaining or even running hot.In summary: I'm extremely satisfied with my latest purchase.

Amazing on paper, not so much in reality. The BIOS is super buggy and has critical security issues, besides that the device is also underperforming while making a lot of noise. Multiple high end NVME SSD's only reach half of the PCIE4.0x4 speeds and Geekbench results are even worse, no matter the OS or BIOS settings.These specs in this formfactor have so much potential, but the quality sucks and support is non-existent. If only Minisforum cared about their customers and would produce reliable products I would have bought at least four of them. There is literally no competition, so raise the price if you have to, but don't deliver half finished stuff.

Questo pc e' una bomba sotto ogni punto di vista per il prezzo che costa. Considerate lo utilizzo come PC da Streaming con Elgato HD60X, video montaggio con Premiere, Photoshop e After effects e non mi ha dato nessun problema. Velocissimo, silenziosissimo, e bello esteticamente. A mio modesto parere se volete prendere un PC pre-assemblato su Amazon e non volete giocarci, ma ne fate uso come ne faccio io, e' forse la scelta piu' azzeccata.
