Ich habe das Granulat in dicht verschlossene Dosen umgefüllt, denn die Plastiktüten bekommt man nach dem öffnen nicht mehr richtig zu und das Aroma entweicht mit der Zeit. Und das Aroma ist herrlich für den Knoblauchfan.Leichte Schärfe, verbunden mit dem intensiven Knoblaucharoma, ergibt eine tolle Würze für geeignete Speisen.Das Granulat muss man nicht schälen, schneiden oder pressen, es ist fertig zum Gebrauch. Eine praktische Sache in der Küche.Mit der Dosierung sollte man etwas experimentieren, das Granulat ist trocken, man verschätzt sich leicht mal in der Menge.
