Zipper broke after first time using it.

Positives: ideal size for air travelling, the size fits the cabin bag requirements of all the major airlines.Spacious and can fit surprisingly a lot. The flap opens all the way like a suitcase for easy packing, and there's a lot of handy compartments.Negatives: based on the other reviews, maybe I got a dud but the zippers are not good, especially the one for the main compartment. It was already getting stuck in one particular section when I first got the bag in the mail. The zipper also split a couple of times when I was closing the bag so I have to be very careful with it. Thankfully there are also buckles to keep the bag closed but that's not an ideal solution.I also find that the bag is bad for your back. It digs into the lower back while the top part of the bag just hangs off, and my back did hurt after several hours. Adjusting the strap length does not help with this.

Estoy muy contento con mi compra de esta mochila. Es perfecta para viajes cortos y cumple con todas las expectativas. El tamaño es ideal, se ajusta perfectamente a las medidas exigidas por Ryanair, lo que me permite llevarla como equipaje de mano sin problema alguno. Tiene una capacidad sorprendente para su tamaño, y aunque parece pequeña, entra mucho más de lo que imaginaba, gracias a su diseño bien pensado y los múltiples compartimentos.Me encanta lo fácil que es organizar todo. Tiene muchos bolsillos, lo que me permite mantener mis cosas ordenadas y a mano. Además, la calidad es excelente: la tela es resistente, el nylon parece durar mucho y las cremalleras son muy suaves y prácticas de usar. También la comodidad es un punto a su favor: las correas son acolchadas y ajustables, lo que hace que sea muy cómoda de llevar, incluso cuando está bastante llena.Es una mochila ligera, pero a la vez muy robusta. He viajado varias veces con ella y ha soportado perfectamente las exigencias de mis viajes. La recomiendo sin dudar para quien busque algo funcional, resistente y que cumpla con las regulaciones de las aerolíneas. ¡Una excelente relación calidad-precio!

I used this bag to fly to Portugal and back carrying my dslr & lenses (2), 15” laptop (which was a real problem for me with a carry on bag useable with the budget airlines), large iPad professional, kindle, large format book and assorted batteries. The main compartment housed my camera, lenses and batteries, and the laptop compartment housed my laptop, iPad and book. The kindle slotted nicely into the front pocket for easy access. I didn’t really carry anything else in the bag, but could have squeezed in a small light jumper too.Pros:- the bag is strong enough to carry my (excessive??) load- the straps are strong enough and reasonably comfy enough to cope.- surprisingly cavernous it took my 15” laptop 👍- perfect size for carry on, under the seatCons:- although the 15” laptop fitted, and it was in the compartment closest to my back, it was not very well protected on the corners- the zips are not particularly heavy duty, I expected them to ‘go’, but developed a knack to avoid over straining them- not the sturdiest of bags - no protection to the sides - I put my dslr and lenses in their own bag first for that extra protection (also bought for the trip)Summary:So why the 5 stars? The pros for me far out weighted the cons which I was easily able to manage, and most importantly the price!!! All things considered it was amazing value for money. The biggest problem with this bag is probably going to be your expectations - generally you get what you pay for, but in this case it provided exactly what I wanted
