Ce lot de 20 connecteurs blindés au format RJ45 va permettre de fabriquer ses câbles réseau sur mesure. La qualité de fabrication est bonne, ils sont intégralement en plastique mais recouverts d'une coque en métal pour assurer la continuité du blindage.Il sera plus facile de sertir les quatre paires d'un câble Ethernet avec une pince spécialement prévue à cet effet, mais on doit pouvoir s'en sortir avec une pince normale, voire avec quelques outils de base comme un tournevis et un marteau (j'avoue ne jamais avoir essayé !).Pour un usage sécurisé au milieu de perturbations électromagnétiques ou pour des besoins de transport de données rapide, ils seront parfaits s'ils sont associés à du câble blindé de catégorie 6 ou 7. Vendu 8€ pour 20 pièces, le rapport qualité/prix de ce lot me semble correct.

Cat6Aに対応したシールド付きのRJ45コネクターです。コネクターは貫通タイプではなく閉塞しているタイプですが、わざわざSTPケーブルを作ろうという方であれば、多少作業性が落ちるぐらいで出来栄えに差は出ないでしょう。各信号線の挿入部分は千鳥に並んでいるので、最大で1.2mm径の信号線を使っているLANケーブルを使用できます。距離の長いケーブルやPoEでそこそこ電力を使うデバイスを接続するのにAWG23のケーブルが使えるのは安心感がありますね。端子の金メッキの厚みは3Uとの事なので、それほど厚みはありませんが、しっかりとメッキはされていますから、多少ケーブルの抜き挿しが多くても接触不良は起きにくいかと思われます。実際にLANケーブルを１本作ってみましたが、特に不具合も無く、手持ちのスイッチングハブやPCを接続しても何ら問題はありませんでした。20個入よりも100個入の方が割安感があって良いのですが、STPケーブルを作る機会があまりないので、どちらを購入するのかは悩ましいところです。

I needed to put new connectors on several cables around the house, and these did the trick. Using the blue and black Ideal Telemaster crimpers, I've used 14 out of the 20 pack. I've tugged on them, I've bent them in every direction, and they're doing their job.The shielding is overkill in my case, because none of my cables are shielded. One of the cables is a 10Gb backup to the 10Gb fiber on my NAS. There is no performance lose when failing over. Another cable is the 1Gb PoE feed to my Unifi 6, and it shows zero errors.And the best part is price... I'd have paid double if I sourced the connectors locally.
