I really enjoy diamond painting, but sometimes I just need a really quick project to get the satisfaction of finishing something and these coasters are perfect for that. The rose designs are pretty, you get plenty of drills, and the coasters come with cork backing (not all DP coaster sets do). I would recommend getting some diamond painting sealant to extend the life of the coasters and keep them dust free.

I really enjoy the Diamond Painting Coaster kits as they make for a nice, reasonably quick project (each coaster takes 45 minutes to an hour to complete) that gives you a usable item at the end that you can either use yourself or give as a gift. I've even mounted large magnets on the backs and used them as fridge decorations.This kit comes with 8 acrylic blanks that are printed with a variety of rose designs. The printing is really crisp and clean and the areas that you diamond paint have easy to read icons denoting the colour of diamond that you need to apply. The circles showing the placement area are slightly smaller than the diamonds so they get completely covered. This is then covered with a good tacky adhesive, protected by a thin plastic sheet. You just peel the sheet back to expose the section you are working on, I wouldn't recommend removing it entirely as it does give you somewhere to steady it with your non-diamond painting hand.There are plenty of the crystal style diamonds included the pack. They have a translucent coloured top and the base is a silvery colour and this makes them really sparkly. The diamonds all come in individual heat sealed bags that are clearly labelled with the kit number and the icon that is used for that particular colour on the acrylic blanks. The bags aren't resealable so I would recommend only cutting a small corner off and then taping them shut or using paperclips/binder clips to reseal them.You also get a handy powder coated metal stand to hold your finished coasters. There are even the self-adhesive cork pads for the backs of the blanks so that they won't scratch your tables or slip and slide. The included tool kit is basic but it will do the job - it comes with a single applicator tip pen, a small green drill tray and 2 squares of pink wax.My only real gripe is that there are no plastic baggies for storing your diamonds in once the heat sealed bag is opened.I would recommend sealing the coasters with a clear drying PVA once completed. This helps to keep the diamonds in place but it also stops dust and pet hair sticking to the little bits of adhesive that are exposed between the diamonds.

Ich hatte diese Untersetzer mit einem anderen Motiv schon mal gekauft und habe dieses Set noch mal gekauft und verschenkt, da das Set mir so gut gefallen hat.

These came out beautifully! Check the packets of stones first, before starting. I was missing one colorway (fortunately, I had extras from prior projects so I made it work). 3 stars because of missing parts, otherwise would have been 5.

Design is flimsy paper that peels off when you try to remove the protective plastic
