It takes some time to put it together, although it is not complicated. I think my kitty will get years of fun from this beautifully made product. It is definitely a big wheel so you need to have space for it.

Easy to build even if a single woman or man ..it does take time to put together but the manufacturers have put everything they can plus some in the box. The instructions are clear enough although some thought and common sense or less fear of getting it wrong needs to happen eg the wheels and raised rubber things need to be wheel sized up as they won't reach the floor if you put them floor side down the wheels help your cat/s to spin the wheel.It's a big wheel better for cats back according to Google reviews plus an excersise wheel provides great exercise for cats. it's noisy ISH but tolerable. Just like kids playing is noisy. It's expected and it's the same with pets. But you can stop the wheel spinning if you want very easily with it's blocking gadget

My cat is an Exotic Bengal mix, with soooooo much energy! She took to this wheel after little coaxing, and she loves to get on it throughout the day. My older cat will have absolutely nothing to do with it, but watches the younger energetic one. Great enrichment for a bored cat, in our house anyway.
